Before founding Personal Success Systems, Inc., Karen was an executive for
several multinational corporations. As
a former Sales/Marketing executive and consultant to Fortune 500
companies, she coached senior management and their teams on innovative
business practices, change management and building an optimal
organization. Along with her coaching practice, she conducts nationwide seminars, teleclasses and workshops on career management and exploration and self-discovery. She is a member of NAWBO, International Coach Federation and the International Association of Certified Coaches.
